Kings Heath Grange Day Nursery raise vital funds for Monitoring for Mums Appeal
Nursery owner Jackie Phull very kindly chooses to support Baby Lifeline each year for reasons very close to her heart.
The staff and parents at the nursery organised a variety of fundraising activities throughout the year to raise a massive £3,208 for our Monitoring for Mums Appeal and invited us to their graduation day to present the giant cheque!
The adults showed off their culinary skills with cake sales and home-cooked Indian takeout, whilst the children participated in a sponsored walk, fun days and face painting. Money raised from graduation ticket sales and the staff expenses were also donated to this special cause.
Baby Lifeline Founder, Judy Ledger said, “Jackie and Kully Phull, and their wonderful team, as well as parents at Kings Heath Grange Nursey, have supported Baby Lifeline for many years now. Funds raised to date have funded the provision of equipment for use in the maternity and neonatal units at Birmingham Women’s Hospital as well as the Heart of England NHS Trust.
They are wonderfully generous people, and the graduation ceremony held every year so beautiful. Thank you so much!“
