Monitoring for Mums appeal buys new equipment for Birmingham hospitals
Baby Lifeline are proud to announce that it has ordered 5 fetal monitors for the Birmingham Heart of England Foundation Trust (Birmingham Heartlands Hospital and Good Hope Hospital), and 4 for the Birmingham Women’s Foundation Trust.
Thanks to Gateley PLC, who have been fundraising throughout the year, and a grant from the Roger and Douglas Turner Charitable Trust we have been able to purchase 8 monitors. The ninth monitor has been bought thanks to the Lily Mae Foundation, with funds raised by Amelia and Gareth Wilkes in memory of their daughter, Angel Peggy Wilkes.
Presentations of the monitors to the hospitals will be arranged once they arrive so keep following Baby Lifeline to stay updated!
